Bart Janowski, Family Lawyer

Bart Janowski Portrait

My name is Bart Janowski, I was admitted to legal practice in 2005 and I am a family lawyer. I hold a Master of Laws degree (LLM.) from the University of Melbourne (consistently ranked the number #1 law school in Australia), a Graduate Diploma of Applied Law (Family Law) from the College of Law, and Bachelor’s degrees in law and accounting from the University of Auckland. I also qualified as a Fellow of the Taxation Institute of Australia.

My mission is to provide you top quality family law services. I am a fixed fee family lawyer. My focus is on the efficient and equitable resolution of family law disputes. As I work on each matter personally, I need to manage my time carefully to give each client the personal attention and pro-active focus you deserve. Your inquiry will be prioritised if you complete my New Client Form when making contact for the first time.

Fixed Fees and Transparent Pricing

Most clients prefer a fixed fee for a specific scope of work.

The New Law Advantage

The best thing about running my own family law practice is being able to design the service delivery model. Traditional law firms are not designed to be efficient. They have expensive offices, outdated systems, remuneration expectations, and a reliance on large teams of junior lawyers and support staff.

By investing time and effort into consciously designing how Jano Family Law works and by embracing a mindset of constant incremental improvement, I have found the most effective way of delivering family law services. You benefit from my use of technology, the elimination of overheads, complete pricing transparency and my commitment to personal service. You can benefit from the “new law” movement in Australia.
